Dave Schraufnagel has been an active real estate broker in the Chicagoland area since 2003, with a primary focus on the sale and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. Dave graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a B.B.A in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Management & Human Resources. Dave personally owns several commercial and residential properties in the city and suburbs. He is a member of several personal and professional organizations, and resides in Northbrook with his 16 year old son, Emmit.
